Update: Temporary Disruption of Walk-in Laboratory Services at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public of a temporary disruption of laboratory services (blood collection) at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre due to human resources shortages until Monday, July 22, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.

Emergency laboratory services are not affected at this time.

During this time, patients may choose to travel to Gander or Grand Falls-Windsor for laboratory services (blood collection). This temporary disruption will not affect the services provided by the emergency and laboratory departments.

If you are in need of emergency services, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.
