NL Health Services to Host First Annual General Meeting
Media are invited to attend Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services’ first Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the Health Innovation Acceleration Centre, 66 Pippy Place, St. John’s, NL. The AGM will be held in person and virtually.
During the meeting, an overview of the accomplishments and challenges relating to NL Health Services’ strategic priorities during the 2023-24 fiscal year will be presented by Robert Andrews, KC, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Karen Stone, CEO (interim) of NL Health Services. The past fiscal year marked the first year of NL Health Services and its first strategic plan for 2023-24. The plan outlines the organization’s four priority areas of Transformation, Our People, Access and Quality and indicates how performance is measured in each area.
In addition, a showcase of highlights of accomplishments from NL Health Services’ first year will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Health Innovation Acceleration Centre.
