Normal Services Have Resumed at Carbonear General Hospital

NL Health Services advises the public that normal services have resumed at Carbonear General Hospital following an incident with the electrical panel earlier today. The incident resulted in power interruption and some smoke within some parts of the facility. Out of an abundance of caution, measures were taken to ensure the safety of both patients and staff; however, services have now returned to regular operation. NL Health Services is continuing to determine what caused the power outage.
