Walk-in X-ray Services at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital Temporarily Unavailable

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public that walk-in X-ray services at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 due to equipment malfunction.

Emergency and scheduled X-ray services are unaffected and will proceed as normal.

Patients are advised to proceed instead to the Health Sciences Centre, where walk-in X-ray service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please note that patients can expect longer than normal waiting times and that waiting room space has been reduced due to renovations.

Further updates will be provided once walk-in X-ray services have returned to normal operation. NL Health Services apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
