Connecting individuals to a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner)
NL Health Services is actively working to connect individuals who have registered with Patient Connect NL to a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner). If you have registered with Patient Connect NL, you will be contacted by telephone or text message. While we are unable to provide a timeframe on when you may be contacted, we are working to connect individuals to primary care providers/Family Care Teams as soon as possible.

Text Messages: If you provided a cell phone number when registering with Patient Connect NL, you may also receive a text message from a 1-855 number.
