Temporary Closure of New World Island Community Health Centre Due to Power Outage

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public that New World Island Community Health Centre in Summerford will be temporarily closed today, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, due to a power outage. All physician, community health and public health appointments have been cancelled for the day. Patients will be contacted directly to have their appointments rescheduled or moved to virtual appointments.
