Temporary Disruption of Laboratory Services at Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public of a temporary disruption of laboratory services at Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre in Botwood until:

• Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

The emergency department is open. If emergency blood collection services are required, patients will be transported to another health-care facility. If routine blood collection services are required, patients may choose to travel to another health-care facility.

If you are in need of emergency services, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.
