Temporary Service Changes at Labrador Health Centre Due to Planned Water Outage

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public of temporary service changes at the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley – Goose Bay tomorrow, Friday, January 16, starting at 9:00 a.m. due to a planned water shut off by the town.

Walk-in and counter services will not be available during the water outage. Patients are being contacted directly to have their appointments rescheduled or moved to virtual appointments.

Services will resume once municipal water service is restored.

In case of emergencyPatients with a medical emergency who require an ambulance should call 911. Those who feel they have a serious or urgent medical problem should proceed to their nearest emergency department. If you are unsure if you should go to the emergency department, please call the 811 HealthLine or click here.
