Notification of unclaimed deceased persons

NL Health Services is seeking to notify the next of kin, family, or friends of the deceased individuals listed below. If you are a relative, friend, or someone who wishes to claim the remains, please contact us at the details provided below.

Please note that this phone and email are monitored Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Messages or emails will be returned during regular business hours.

Important information

Proper identification and documentation may be required to establish the relationship to the deceased. This may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of relationship to the deceased, such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate.
If no claim is made by the stated deadline, the unclaimed remains will be handled in accordance with the Provincial Health Authority Act, including but not limited to under section 20.1.
We extend our condolences to those who knew the deceased. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
