Bridge the Gapp: Mental health resources and online services

Bridge the Gapp is a free, online resource for mental health information and support. The platform connects youth and adults to self-help tools, online programs and a directory of local services. For more information, visit Bridge the Gapp.

 

Doorways: Rapid counselling services

Doorways single-session counselling services offer drop-in, same-day appointments. Referrals and pre-arranged appointments are not required. Services are available in-person, and virtually by telephone or video. For more information, visit Doorways Mental Health Drop-In Clinic.

Lifewise Warmline 

The Lifewise Warmline offers peer support from individuals who have lived experience with mental health and addiction challenges. Virtual and in-person group sessions are available. To access this service, please visit Lifewise Warmline or call:

First Responders Warmline
