Temporary Disruption of Outpatient Medical Imaging Services at Lewisporte Health Centre

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public of a temporary disruption of medical imaging (X-ray) services at Lewisporte Health Centre due to human resource challenges on:

Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Routine medical imaging services are scheduled to resume Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

During this time, patients may choose to travel to Gander or Grand Falls-Windsor for medical imaging (X-ray) services. This temporary disruption does not affect the services provided by the emergency and laboratory departments.

If you are in need of emergency services, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.
