Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services is advising the public that, effective June 16, 2026, the Doorways Community Counselling Clinic (St. John’s) will relocate from its current location at 80 Charter Avenue to 20 Crosbie Place, suite 502, St. John’s. 

Doorways provides rapid access to mental health and addictions counselling and support and offers in-person and virtual sessions. Please see additional information below, including important dates related to this transition:

• June 15, 2026: Final day of in-person same-day counselling services at 80 Charter Avenue.
• June 16, 2026: Services will be available virtually only while the relocation is completed.
• June 17, 2026: In-person same-day counselling services will resume at the new location, 20 Crosbie Place, suite 502.
• Hours of operation:
  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Getting to the new location (20 Crosbie Place, suite 502):
  For more information about bus routes, please visit the Metrobus website. There is free parking available at the site.
