At NL Health Services, we are committed to achieving our vision and mission of improving health outcomes through a more innovative, integrated and sustainable health-care system for all people of Newfoundland and Labrador. Our progress towards this goal is guided by strategic planning, annual performance reports, and regular updates shared during our Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

On September 25, 2025, NL Health Services held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) showcasing its performance during the 2024-25 fiscal year. Presentations were made by Robert Andrews, KC, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Pat Parfrey, CEO. Click the button below to watch the AGM.

The 2024-25 Annual Performance Report outlines the progress made during the first fiscal year of NL Health Services and its Strategic Plan 2024-26. The results highlighted in this report demonstrate the tremendous progress that NL Health Services has made towards achieving the goals and objectives within five priority areas: Transformation, Our People, Access, Quality and Health Equity.

Over the past year, NL Health Services has been guided by its 2024-26 Strategic Plan as well as Health Accord NL, and we have made significant progress in our priority areas of Transformation, Our People, Access, Quality, and Health Equity. We have seen tangible improvements in patient care and safety which help patients, long-term care residents and clients achieve better health outcomes.
