Temporary Change in After-Hours Emergency Services for Charlottetown Community Clinic

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public that after-hours emergency services at the Charlottetown Community Clinic will temporarily be provided by the Port Hope Simpson Community Clinic from Sunday, August 9 until Wednesday, August 19.

The following emergency after-hours services will be affected during this period:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays: 24 hours a day.

Regular daytime services at the Charlottetown Community Clinic will continue as usual, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In case of emergency: Patients with a medical emergency who require an ambulance should call 911. Those who feel they have a serious or urgent medical problem should call the Port Hope Simpson Community Clinic at (709) 454-6089. • medical advice (including virtual nurse practitioner appointments);
• health information; and
