SMS Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from NL Health Services, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with NL Health Services, including updates related to your visits, MyHealthNL account, one-time passcodes, billing notifications, and care management.

Text messages from NL Health Services will be sent from a short code number.

You can opt-out of receiving these SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the short code. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you wish to re-enroll, please sign up again through your MyHealthNL account or text HELP to the short code for instructions.

If you are experiencing issues with the SMS program, you can reply HELP to the short code for assistance or contact us directly at 1-833-961-3750.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NL Health Services does not guarantee the accuracy or timely delivery of SMS messages. The SMS program is intended as a supplementary communication channel only, and any reliance on the SMS messages is at your own risk. For important or time-sensitive matters, please contact us directly at 1-833-961-3750.

Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from NL Health Services and to NL Health Services from you. Message frequency may vary.

By agreeing to receive text messages from NL Health Services, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, you must not use the SMS program. Your use of the SMS program is subject to the MyHealthNL Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
