NL Health Services offers an accredited post-degree Dietetic Internship Program recognized by EQual, Accreditation Canada.
It has been designed to develop the competencies required of an entry-level dietitian and prepares interns to write the Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam and be eligible for registration with a provincial dietetics regulatory body. - Knowledge and Competence Assessment Tool (KCAT) â a KCAT level 1 result is required for applicants who have completed their academic nutrition education outside of Canada or who have completed a Canadian accredited undergraduate nutrition degree more than three years ago.
