Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public of a temporary closure of emergency services at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre in New Wes Valley.

 Wednesday, December 25, 2024

• TEMPORARY CLOSURE effective immediately until 1:00 p.m.

During the period of temporary closure, residents requiring emergency services are advised to call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room at Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor.

• medical advice (including virtual nurse practitioner appointments which can usually be accommodated within three days);
• health information; and
• support in a mental health crisis.
