MyHealthNL for health-care professionals

MyHealthNL powered by MyChart is the enhanced patient-facing access point for personal health information. It is how patients will see more of their information in one place. Patients will be able to manage appointments, review results, review care plans, review clinic notes, and learn more about their health. Features such as appointment management, after-visit summaries, test results, educational materials, and proxy access can help improve communication, support smoother transitions in care, and encourage shared decision-making between providers and patients.

Patients have access to their health information without delay. Pre-test counselling is important. Discuss any tests, labs, or referrals with your patient, and any results they may expect to see.
